From the Center: Adler on War and Peace, and on Law;

Recent communications with members of the Center for the Study of The Great Ideas included:
  • Mortimer Adler on the meaning of peace, a three part series
  • Mortimer Adler on law as one of the Great Ideas
  • An online discussion of Natural Law vs Positive Law - At the start, participants overwhelmingly indicated belief in a natural right order, and by a large majority indicated capital punishment would be permitted under it.
