July 15, 2015, Cromwell, CT, USA - Beginning July 1st, Holy Apostles College & Seminary, which serves students from every continent, lowered its graduate and undergraduate tuition rate to help students graduate as debt free as possible. Because of strong growth in enrollment, Holy Apostles is able to maintain its excellence in education and services while lowering tuition.
